“This property served as "home base" for me and my wife, my parents, and my aunt, as we traveled to Phoenix for a mini family reunion (not a party, just a casual daytime gathering of a dozen folks). Some of our elder family members have limited mobility and one is even in an electric wheelchair, but the property was very accessible and easy to get in and out of (with only a minor inconvenience of an elevated threshold for which we had a ramp). Other family members are in their early 20s and they loved playing foosball, cornhole, and Skeech (a game none of us had played before but had a blast with). Both the indoor and outdoor common areas provided ample seating, the kitchen island provided a great place for a "pizza buffet," and the backyard was a beautiful place to gather and visit. The property is well suited for families and/or two to three couples traveling together. Communication from Andrea was proactive and helpful, and we will definitely consider staying here again.”

“Andrea's place is an excellent spot for a visit in Phoenix for two or three couples or for a family. The pool is perfect for cooling off and they have an assortment of pool toys. Various "baby things" are there to help with smaller children. The place is very modern and clean with a beautiful kitchen and sleek bathrooms. The table games are great for older kids (and adults). Location is good, on a quiet residential street but also just a few blocks from the 101 expressway and the main east-west streets. We were there for a family event and had some family visitors and were able to have a very relaxing dinner we prepared on the BBQ grill and kitchen oven and microwave. Ample dishes and glassware is available. We texted our hosts a couple of questions and they responded very quickly with helpful solutions. All in all an excellent place to stay,”
